門旅聯盟異象
致力於栽培蒙召實踐大誡命與大使命的牧者與信徒。
Vision of DJA
To equip, nurture and mentor all pastors and believers called to live out the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.
門旅聯盟使命
致力投放 500 至 700 小時，引導華人教會的牧者與信徒成為主的門徒，並推動他們培育門徒和建立門徒教會——既是門徒，也培育門徒。
Mission of DJA
To invest 500 to 700 hours in equipping pastors and believers in Chinese-speaking churches to become true disciples, and to empower them to make disciples and develop disciple-making churches—being disciples who make disciples.

陳傳華牧師
John TRAN
創堂牧師及顧問牧師
現為播道會雅斤堂創堂牧師及顧問牧師（義務）。
他亦為中國神學研究院訪問教授與教牧學博士課程主任、播道神學院及基督教國際神學院特約教授、播道會總會執行委員會主席，曾擔任中國神學研究院院董。過去十多年，致力於不同教會和機構推動門徒培育，並引導信徒學習和實踐聖經中的真饒恕。
此外，他為一間藍籌上市公司之獨立非執行董事。在牧職事奉之前，陳牧師具備美國及香港會計師和美國財務分析師資格，擁有豐富職場與管理經驗。透過這些背景，他能與職場緊密連繫，培養職場門徒，引導他們在職場完成從神而來的召命。
他於美國福樂神學院獲教牧學博士學位，亦於香港中國神學研究院獲道學碩士學位。著/合著有《徹底翻身的旅程——門徒的靈命成長》、Authentic Forgiveness: A Biblical Approach、《真饒恕——徹底悔改，實踐復和》、《成功神學謬誤解鎖：成為活出真理的門徒》。
梁成裕牧師
Eugene LEUNG
主任牧師
現為播道會雅斤堂主任牧師。
獲取中國神學研究院道學碩士，與及建道神學院青少年事工教牧文憑。
曾於英國留學及工作，並曾於英國教會擔任堂會及差傳代表。成為主任牧師之前，主力牧養青少年群體，並於神學院、機構和教會分享牧養青少年的經歷和理念。
除牧會以外，現為播道總會執行委員會書記，並曾任播道差會董事會主席。
在牧職事奉前，曾於英國及香港任執業律師，與及在製衣及零售業擔任管理工作。
許寶貞傳道
Pamela HUI
傳道
現為播道會雅斤堂傳道同工，成人牧區區牧，同時為祈禱部、外展部及多媒體事工主任。在成人牧區區牧崗位上事奉已超過十年，也曾任行政主任多年。
在回應牧職呼召前，有多年職場行政管理及物業市場推廣的經驗。曾於加拿大溫哥華修讀工商管理課程，獲證書文憑資格。
余淑賢傳道
Winnie YEE
傳道
現為播道會雅斤堂傳道同工，為成人牧區區牧，同時為教育部、迎新部及運作主任。有多年教會行政管理及成人牧養的經驗。獲取中國神學研究院基督教研究碩士學位。
在牧職事奉前，取得美國西雅圖華盛頓大學工商管理學士。曾任職多間國際品牌公司，管理亞太地區的市場推廣及免稅零售業務。
導師
凡參與門旅聯盟並完成 500 至 700 小時門旅者，並成為能夠培育門徒的門徒——不斷產生門徒循環 (discipleship cycle) ，帶領未信者信主，並透過門旅，培育他們成長為成熟的門徒。
Mentors
Those disciples who have joined DJA and completed the 500 to 700-hour Discipleship Journey and can make disciples—bringing non-believers to become mature disciples of Christ through Discipleship Journey (repeating the discipleship cycle).
成員
歡迎來自各教會的牧者與信徒申請加入，條件包括：
(1) 已完成門旅者；或 (2) 正在參與門旅者。
Members
Pastors or believers from different churches are welcome to apply for membership if they
(1) have completed the Discipleship Journey; or (2) are currently participating in the Discipleship Journey.
